HOPE serves the communities of Pima and Yuma Counties and offers an array of outpatient services to those in need of care for behavioral health and substance use challenges. From intake forward, our peer driven culture provides a unique model of care that is characterized by trust, acceptance and the use of empathy. Individuals will find recovery support through group and individual counseling, the navigation of community resources, and through coordination of care to support their individual recovery goals.

In our mission to deliver recovery-based community services, we work toward providing improved access to care for populations at-risk.  We understand the need to talk and to be listened to.  We understand that what occurs in the first few hours following a mental health crisis is crucial to the welfare of the individual in crisis. We understand the criminal justice system and the consequences of release from incarceration without support. We understand that sometimes individuals fall into gaps where support disappears. We are here to narrow that gap.

HOPE works in collaboration with law enforcement, managed care providers, community organizations and family members to support individuals as they transition from crisis or the criminal justice system into the community.  Our Recovery Navigators are familiar with the criminal justice and mental health systems and can assist individuals in finding the resources necessary for successful recovery. Peer Support Specialists serve as operators for our Warm Line, taking calls 365 days of the year from community members throughout Southern Arizona.

We’re in it Together.
